At Formelle Club, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@formelleclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Store Credit
Formelle Club does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent via email once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked "Final Sale"
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Formelle Club is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@formelleclub.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
